What Is PRF and Exosome Therapy?
PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) and Exosome Therapy are advanced regenerative treatments that harness your body’s natural healing power to repair, rejuvenate, and restore skin vitality. PRF is derived from your own blood and is rich in platelets, fibrin, and growth factors, while Exosomes are high-performance cellular messengers that stimulate collagen production, reduce inflammation, and accelerate skin healing. At R&R Aesthetics + Wellness in Fort Worth, we combine these cutting-edge therapies to deliver deep skin rejuvenation — with visible improvement in tone, texture, firmness, and glow.

Consultation
Your provider will assess your skin concerns, review your treatment history, and determine whether PRF, Exosomes, or a combination of both will deliver the best results for your goals.
Treatment
For PRF, a small amount of your blood is drawn and spun in a centrifuge to isolate the fibrin-rich concentrate. It’s then injected or microneedled into targeted areas. Exosomes are applied topically or injected during or after other treatments. Sessions take 45–60 minutes.
POST-CARE
You may experience mild redness or sensitivity for 1–2 days depending on how the treatment was delivered. Your skin will continue to improve over 4–6 weeks as collagen remodeling takes effect. There’s little to no downtime.
